A special delivery for Boskalis

Last week, no fewer than 15 hybrid mobile lighting towers left our facility in Oud Gastel for Papendrecht. The way these machines were transported made for a special delivery and resulted in some impressive images.

Hybrid lighting for projects on site

With these hybrid mobile lighting towers, Boskalis can illuminate its projects efficiently while reducing fuel consumption and local emissions. The lighting towers can operate for approximately 11.5 hours entirely on the integrated battery pack. Once the battery is depleted, the engine starts automatically to recharge it. If a mains connection is available on site, the battery pack can also be charged directly from the grid. This provides flexibility in how the available energy supply is used on each project and location.

Built for intensive use

In addition to the hybrid drive system, the mobile lighting towers are equipped with a robust surrounding coated frame. This provides additional protection and makes the machines well suited for intensive use under a wide range of project conditions. In this way, the lighting towers combine a flexible energy supply with the durability required for everyday use on site.

Working together on the right lighting solution

We would like to thank Boskalis for their trust in Trime North. Together, we work on lighting solutions that match the specific conditions and requirements of each project. We would also like to thank De Kreek Transport for this special delivery and for the careful transport of the 15 mobile lighting towers to Papendrecht.
